We sell digital audiobooks, audio summaries and spoken-word content. All products are delivered electronically as downloadable files. No physical item is shipped. Our content is for general educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial or investment advice.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your market (GBP or USD) and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or contains a pricing error, and to refund any amount paid for it. Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. License to use content
When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and listen to it for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, broadcast, publicly perform or upload the content to any file-sharing service. All content remains the property of OmniPresx LLC or its licensors.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, or infringe our intellectual property or that of others.
